[info]cambler lifted the meat cleaver and [info]hungryandhollow hefted the hatched. The three began closing in, backing [info]daedalus4096 up against the wreckage of the burnt town hall.

daedlaus4096 tried to run, a gun shot rattled off, he stumbled, clipped by the bullet, and fell forward directly into a beam sticking out from the rubble of the town hall. It pierced him. He hung in the air for a second, then went limp on the rubble, no longer breathing.
